State of the art computer systems facilitate online access to OJIN (Oregon Judicial Information Network), TransUnion, and public record databases for states which consider criminal records a public record.
We offer an array of credit products to choose from that include tenant reports, criminal checks, employment reports, social security searches, international credit reports, and a variety of credit scoring products are also available.
Sharper Lending, a credit reporting program, can be accessed in CSN client offices to allow quick access to credit reports from Trans Union.
Reporting services are provided throughout the Northwest on a daily basis for property managers, real estate companies, rental associations, individual property owners, and individuals wanting their own TransUnion credit report.
Turnaround time for automated reports is 2-3 minutes. For reports that require verification, turnaround is 1 to 2 business days.
