Collection and debt recovery services are provided through our five walk-in offices and two additional collection sites.
These offices are staffed with professionals who have achieved the American Collectors Association (PCS) certification as Professional Collection Specialist. This is the top standard of recognition in the collection industry. CSO prides itself in it’s training program that enables our collection staff to achieve this status.
