The name says it all. This division of CSO Financial provides what we refer to as follow-up billing for commercial accounts. That is a whole array of commercial financial services that assist the business in maintaining a smooth flow of receivables, from the date of service or when product is purchased, to the payment of the final open amounts.
The staff is trained to deal with your customers/clients as an extension of your business philosophy. The correspondence used is tailored to your specific requirements, and only utilized after your approval of it’s content. The regularly scheduled telephone contacts with your accounts are low-key, information exchanging conversations.
Receivables Management provides immediate feedback to you on customer problems, dealing with the payments and late payers, changes in addresses, phone numbers and places of employment. Your accounts are sent payment coupon books, and if you wish return payment envelops.
Our goal is to maximize the effectiveness of your staff while significantly reducing your receivables cost. Your information feedback can be as extensive as your system requires.
